Welcome to Vintage Campground in Iowa
In the Fall of 2024, Vintage Campground will be coming to a bicycle trail in central Iowa. As a guest of Vintage Campground, a you can rent a tiny vintage camp trailer or cabin … or set up your tent or RV. There will be a community room to get coffee and snacks or be served by a local caterer — and gather for your family reunion or business conference. The community room will have an industrial kitchen, craft room, hands-on vegetable garden, farm animals and native prairie grassland. An isolated cabin-library, private outdoor shower, and luxury bath look out over a natural, deep ravine. Just down the trail, you can discover bike rentals, rural towns and good food, good company, wineries, and world-recognized attractions — and a few unique but interesting historical locations as well!
When we were kids, camping with friends, grandparents, mom or dad, sisters or brothers was quite an adventure! It was safe, economical and fun. Our family is moving campgrounds in Iowa into a new world of “bed and breakfast” by starting vintage camper/cabin rentals of our own. Whether you just want a solo getaway, an evening with close friends, a business gathering, or a family fun time, Vintage Campground will soon be opening in the fall of 2024 for vacation rentals in Central Iowa.
